Dear Hearts,

I am pleased to share this brief information about our church with you. We pray that you will rejoice with us as you reflect upon the Kingdom work here at New Prospect Baptist Church.

We believe we are called together as a community of believers in Jesus Christ to actively participate in the discipleship of all ages. We champion the responsibility God has given to parents with children, and we recognize our supportive role in the discipleship process to help all ages grow to spiritual maturity; therefore, our Church is concerned about your family. 

What is our church really like? Think of a sunflower where each petal remains separate, yet all the petals come together at the central disk. In the same way, individuals and families enjoin themselves together here at New Prospect Baptist Church to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. Everyone is a necessary part of the whole. As the apostle Paul said, “All of you together are Christ's body, and each of you is a part of it.” (1 Corinthians 12:27)

It is a joy and an honor to serve as the pastor of New Prospect Baptist Church. Jill and I would ask that you pray for us as we serve together here and hopefully with you for the Glory of God. “May grace and peace be yours in the fullest measure.” (1 Peter 1:1)
